ei, what is a marshal??
Ooops...I'm referring to Rally Marshal or also known as Rally official or Rally authority. They have different rank controlling different area. Like the marshal I'm, only have power over at country stage, have equal authority as the police and allow to issue fine or give warning to notti people. kekekkke
