Kharma...
Just receive a phone call from my buddy. In the conversation, he told me that my 2nd ex-boss just rang him to check if he is in town because they are stuck due to tonight one of the driver just pull the pin. Wuhooo...First reaction is laugh. Sounds very cruel huh?
Yeah, I'm cruel, evil but there are someones are more cruel and more evil than me.
Why laugh is my first reaction? Remember of Kharma? What ever you do,did, good or bad, will come back to you! First few days of starting the job, not much jobs been given but only one, so I told the boss one job to do is a waste of my time which will takes me 4 hours and only get paid $20 bucks, after tax, superannuation this and that, end up left $12 bucks, and one hour divide evenly of $3 bucks. So I told the Old man is not fair for me. The reply I got is, take it or leave it and stop F@#$ing whinging. So I did shut up and do the stupid work.
Months monhts later, 3 months, after a load of misarrange time of work given, I told him am just too tired to do the last job, why not give it to someone else. Instead of show concern, I got yelled back, which saying I'm complaining that they given me too much work which cause me too tired, asking for a reduce or work? WTF! am just telling the truth, I don't want to blardee crash on the road with passenger on. We did realise that the airbag in the car is not working. Why? because one of my mate did actually got a crash but non of the "airbags" inflated or activated! So again, I shut up and do the work! 2 chance been given to this "Evil" boss.
Other than that, among work mates, sure we joke with each other, talk shits, and of course complain to each other. Will not talk about bad of the boss to all of them, but only a few. Why? Because if you tell the wrong person, it goes to the boss and the boss come to you. Then lately we found something strange, sounds like our rest room is fitted with something like a bug or what, because no matter what, the boss will find out, anyway, still a mystery. I had been telling few work mates how I felt of this boss, the way they arrange the work time, this and that... all about bad things... Some of them do have the same feeling, but they decided not to do anything but keep going with one eye shut and one eye open. I had chosed to drop down to part time from full time. So I told the boss and he told me not to come back. Ohhh...say to myself "Ahha, As you wish!", but still smile to him and wish him good luck. I try to be helpful to offer him, but he deny with the reason given is I'm not reliable! Told him 2 weeks in advance yet still not reliable. whatever, non of my business. He thinks his AUS$20 is like $200 english pounds big! Just one week from the day I finish work or pull the pin, my mate pull the pin straight away without notice. Great! this is Kharma. I'm pretty sure a few more will pull the pins too... They need to deserve! You do not show concern of your staff, you will be stuffed! As simple as that!
